Die Industrie zählt nicht zu den bevorzugten Motiven der Aquarellmaler.
Zu Unrecht; denn Industrielandschaften sind schon von der Bestimmung her abstrakt und verfremdet.

Die künstliche Bebauung fasziniert, macht stolz, schürt Ängste und Vorurteile. Besonders spannend sind Kompositionen aus Industriearchitektur und Landschaft.

	Industry does not belong to the favourite motives of water colour painters. This seems unfair, for industrial landscapes are already abstract and alienated from their destiny. The artificial constructions fascinate, make us proud, let anxiety rise, and also prejudice. Of special interest are compositions from interior architecture and scenery.
